Lori Elle Cleveland-Richard
Founder and Owner
It is often said “To learn of the person is to know the person,” so without further ado, let me share my story. My name is Lori Elle Cleveland-Richard. At the young age of three, I experienced my 1st magical Disney vacation when my parents brought my sister and I to the Magic Kingdom. It was then and there my obsession for imagination, princesses, and pixie dust began. Now married with a 22 year old son and 11 year old daughter, the same joy and excitement I experienced at 3 continues today, not only during our family vacations but, through the delicate process of planning the most perfect, personalized Disney Vacations for my clients. My philosophy is simple and similar to that of the great Walt Disney himself who once said: “If you can dream it, you can do it.” Disney provides the setting and I provide a unique itinerary filled with magical extras, memories, and traditions for families and future generations, making each and every vacation a dream come true!

When not engaging in and/or providing magical vacations, Lori Elle can be found building trustworthy relationships with patients as a Woman's Health Nurse Practitioner, spending time with her family, attending church, enjoying Texas Aggie Football, and on the sidelines cheering her daughter's softball team to victory.
I first met the mouse at 5 years old and have been dreaming in Mickey ears and princess tiaras ever since! Growing up with parents who always aimed to make every memory magical, I couldn't wait to create special moments for my own children one day. I've been blessed to get to experience the magic in several capacities and jump at any and every chance to partake in some Disney fun. One of my husband and my favorite dates include a stroll through Epcot exploring all the tastes, sights, and sounds of Disney's Food and Wine Festival. I'll never forget the trip a close friend of mine expertly chose Disney World as her destination of choice for the most epic bachelorette party ever.
However, I think my favorite way to experience the house of the mouse is through the eyes of my two daughters. Watching the magic unfold in their smiles whether they are interacting and dining with their favorite characters, trick-or-treating at Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, cruising with him on the high seas, or dancing in the snow at Magic Kingdom and watching Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade with friends who are family is what makes my love for Disney never die. I'm so excited to work with and share my passion for making moments count with current and future Mouseketeers to create personal, priceless, and timeless memories.

When not planning her next vacation, Kristan can be found baking and decorating cakes, spending time with family, volunteering at her church, and clapping the loudest at her daughters' dance performances. As a former elementary school teacher, she enjoys tutoring and working with children.

Candice Allen
My name is Candice Allen. I am a graduate of Texas A&M University and a wife and mother of two kids who have been going to Disney since they were 10 months old. You are never too young or too old to enjoy Disney! The memories my family have made at Disney are priceless and the reason I want to be a travel agent. Navigating Disney is complicated. One cannot just show up there and hope for the best. We are all busy, and I know the struggles of balancing everything and trying to plan the perfect vacation for your family! As a Disney travel agent, I want to share my knowledge and all the inside tips I have acquired over the years to help you create the perfect vacation. I look so forward to working with you!

When not planning the most perfect, memory making vacations, Candice can be found spending time with her family at their dude ranch, cheering on her kiddos at their extra curricular activities, and catching up on all the latest reality shows. She enjoys learning new ins and outs about Disney everyday!
I was 9 months old when I entered Disney World for the first of many times. My first true memory of Disney is sitting on Main Street watching the "Share a Dream Come True" parade. I was in awe of the giant snow globes carrying my favorite Disney characters. After all this time, whether it's after hours parties, character meals, or simply walking through the parks, I still feel like that little girl...simply amazed. Now at 25, I am so excited to share the joy, happiness, and imagination that is a Disney vacation with everyone!

When Alyssa is not planning your next dream Disney vacation, you can find her at TADA, a local dance studio, where she is Co Props and Wardrobe Director with her Mom (a fellow Disney lover), who is affectionately known as the "Fairy Godmother". If she is not in the studio, she is spending time with her family and loving boyfriend-either at home or in Disney World.
I'm Taylor Payne, your personal guide to the magic of Disney! My goal is to make your dream sparkle with enchantment from start to finish. With my fairy-tale planning touch, I'll whisk away the stress and handle all the details, from pixie-dusted dining to insider park secrets. Disney has been my passion for as long as I can remember, but it really sparked when 10 year old me first stepped foot into the park; I haven't stopped thinking about Pixar, pins, and ears since! Nothing delights me more than bringing that wonder to you and your family. Let's create a Disney adventure filled with joy, laughter, and memories that will sparkle forever!
